Ian Kelly: third radio single and concerts
Since the launch of his second album, Speak Your Mind, writer-composer-performer Ian Kelly has made a place for himself in Québec's music scene. Now the bilingual song, Triste has been chosen as his third radio single. The song is solid pop/folk with an intimate, catchy melody. Kelly’s warm voice conveys honest emotion and integrity.
Ian Kelly has been chosen to participate in the Festival North by Northeast festival taking place June 17 to 21 in Toronto. Ian will appear at the Dakota Tavern on June 17, at 23:00. Then, at midnight on June 19, Ian will perform at the Cadillac Lounge.
In June Ian will be in Ontario, but he’ll be back on the road in Québec in July and August.

Take Me Home, 2nd single from Ian Kelly's Speak Your Mind, just hit #1 on MusiMax's countdown. Nice addition to a cool week that will have Ian perform as the opening act to UK's Katie Melua on Saturday May 23rd at Metropolis in Montreal. This concert is sold out.
Montrealers willing to see Ian on stage can bounce back and attend the Lion d'Or performance as part of the Decanted Series next Thursday, May 28th at 9PM.
Take Me Home on Taxi 0-22
Ian Kelly's Take Me Home, 2nd single from the album, was heard on the final episode of TVA's hit television show Taxi 0-22, starring Patrick Huard. Patrick, who also directs the show, says he chose the song for its beautiful ambiance which he wanted for this special moment between Rogatien, his character, and Nancy.
